A Shooting Location of Season 2 of Netflix’s KINGDOM: Mungyeong Saejae

Kingdom Season 2 has started filming on February 12 and will be aired in 2020. Netflix released 2 still photos of the Season 2 of Kingdom.

In the second still photo, many zombies flock to a valley when the sun rises in the morning.

One of the shooting place of Kingdom Season 2 is Mungyeong Saejae, a mountain pass in central South Korea. According to Wikipedia, this mountain pass lies on Joryeong Mountain between the main peak (1017 m) and Sinseon Peak (967 m). The pass itself rises to 642 metres (2,106 ft) above sea level.

There is a set for the Netflix's Korean drama Kingdom. You can see a sign which tells people that it's not allowed to enter due to drama shootings:

On June 4, 1981, the area around the Mungyeong side of the pass was declared Mungyeong Saejae Provincial Park, which boasts beautiful scenery.
